🧪 Department of Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry provides a comprehensive education in chemical sciences, covering organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and biochemistry. Our well-equipped laboratories allow students to develop practical skills through systematic experimentation. The BS Chemistry program prepares graduates for diverse roles in pharmaceutical, textile, food, and chemical industries, as well as academic and research positions. Faculty members actively engage with current research to ensure students receive a modern, relevant education.
Eligibility Criteria
FSc (Pre-Medical or Pre-Engineering) with minimum 50% marks. Chemistry must have been studied at intermediate level.
Career Prospects
Chemistry graduates are sought after in pharmaceutical companies, quality control labs, research institutions, environmental agencies, food processing industries, and educational institutions.
