The Department of Urdu celebrates Pakistan's national language and its rich literary heritage. The BS Urdu program covers classical and modern Urdu poetry, prose, drama, fiction, literary criticism, and linguistics.
Eligibility Criteria
FA, FSc, or equivalent with Urdu as a subject. Minimum 45% marks.
Career Prospects
Urdu graduates work as Urdu teachers, journalists, content writers, broadcasters, translators, editors, government officials, and civil servants.
