Hands-on Training workshop for college students on Water Sampling and In-Situ Water Quality Monitoring for Geogenic contaminants under Capacity Building grant sponsored by Geochemical Society of America, Dr. Junaid Ali Khattak | Principal Investigator |Assistant Professor (IPFP), Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences Hazara University Mansehra along with undergradute and postgraduate students held Hands-on training workshops for the students of Government Postgraduate College Mansehra and Government Girls Colleges Mansehra. Mr. Danish Aziz M.Phil scholar at Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences and currently working as Intern International Water Management Institute IWMI also gave a demonstration of soil moisture sensor.
Students were actively engaged and displayed significant curiosity and enthusiasm throughout the training, actively participating in the sessions and gaining practical skills essential for environmental monitoring techniques. A notable addition to the training was a demonstration on soil moisture sensor by IWMI.
