The Student Internship Office (SIO) has been established under the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Undergraduate Policy 2023 to ensure every undergraduate student completes the compulsory internship component of their degree. The office serves as a bridge between academia and industry, enabling students to gain valuable hands-on experience and practical exposure in their respective fields.
SIO actively identifies and develops partnerships with reputable organizations, signing formal agreements (MoUs) to secure quality internship opportunities. Through close coordination with departments, industry partners, and students, the office facilitates the entire process from placement nominations and documentation to monitoring progress and ensuring meaningful learning experiences.
Our mission is to equip students with the professional skills, workplace ethics, and industry insight needed to thrive in the competitive job market, while strengthening ties between the college and industry for mutual growth.
