ANOTHER STUDENT FROM ENGLISH DEPARTMENT, GPGC MANSEHRA LANDS IN USA
Javeria Javed, semester VII, English department, GPGC Mansehra has been awarded with UGRAD
Exchange Program Scholarship and has landed in the USA recently. She is the third student from the
department of English, GPGC Mansehra to have achieved this honour. Before her, Samra Kanwal and Kainat Kanwal also received the same scholarship. On this occasion, as a spokesman for the principal GPGC Mansehra, Prof. Naveed Akhtar, the chairman of the department of English, expressed his pleasure and pride on the achievement of Javeria Javed. He further added that the department and the
college administration is thankful to the UGRAD team as well as the Pakistan and USA governments for providing such great exposures to the students through this exchange program. He encouraged other students to follow the example of Javeria who has brought honour for herself, her parents, her teachers and the institution.
